All purchases of online courses, workshops, webinars, digital downloads, and educational content are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.

Since these are digital products that provide immediate access to learning materials, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided after purchase.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled live class, workshop, or session, no refund will be issued.

Where possible, access to the recording or an alternate session may be provided at our sole discretion.

If Dietitian & Life Coach cancels a scheduled workshop or course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or The option to attend the next available batch.

Fees paid for personalized consultations, diet plans, follow-up sessions, and coaching programs are non-refundable once the consultation process has started.

If a consultation needs to be rescheduled, the participant must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

If payment has been deducted more than once due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
